Windows 10: Windows hangs for set time on any action

Hi, after a hard reboot, this problem goes away, every time. After sleep mode wakes up, things seem fine at first and then reaction time on any mouse click action takes over a minute, Ctrl Alt Del, same, start menu same. Also no new tabs can get any action beyond creating the blank tab. An attempt to reboot via menu or other, results in pure ignorance. I am aware this problem has existed for a long time and is exclusive to Win 11FYI because I am using a 65" screen tv I would just go back to Win 10 and give up 11 as a bad dream but I really make use of the task bar being centred. Fluctuating Time Zone Setting

I would suggest you to check if the values for “set time automatically” and “set time zone automatically” under Date and Time settings are “ON”. If not, then suggest you to make the vale to “ON” and check for the status.

If the issue still persists, follow the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key + R, type services.msc and press Enter.
• Locate Windows Time from the list and double click on the service.
• In Genereal tab, set the Startup type to Automatic.
• Click on Apply and OK.

  Click on System and click on Notifications and Actions.

  Under Show notifications for these apps turn off the setting for Windows defender.

Cannot receive any notification from action center, "Some settings are managed by your organization." is keeping display on Settings > Notifications & Actions

Let's get this sorted out. We suggest you follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type sfc<space>/scannow and press Enter.
• Once the scan is complete, restart your computer.

Check you can go to Notifications & actions to enable/disable the settings.
