Windows 10: Windows hangs when left idle

Hi, I started getting this weird bug, if I let mi PC idle for a few minutes when trying to work ok it again it "hangs" i can still move the mouse, interact with the previously opened windows (kinda) but cannot open new programs, actualize a page on chrome, open the start menu, then 30-50 seconds later boom everything I was trying to do while freeze open or update at the same time and the pc behave normally until I let idle again

first i think has something to do with video driver because like normally the screen turn off and moving the mouse ok typing "wake up"the screen but only a black image, so i change the turn off property on power management to never but the problems persist only this time the screen never turn off and I cab still move the mouse and stuff, I let the task manager opened to troubleshot and find when the pc its trying to ""react" the Disk usage show 100% but the apps using it say 0.1 Mb/s ( i dont detect suspicius apps or something)

allready changed the turn of hdd to never but the same

Bluetooth still on while idle

Thanks for following the steps. Now, the settings won't take effect if you are only using normal PC idle mode. Normal functionality of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings are to stay connected even if PC is idle. With the settings that you have created, we would
suggest that you set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or
Hibernate once idle. In this way, the settings "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" should take effect.

To set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or Hibernate when idle, please follow these steps:

• Open Control Panel, set view by: Small
  icons.
• Look for Power Options.
• Click on Change when the computer sleeps on the left pane.
• Set a timer.

Windows 10 freezes, hangs after being idle.

Upgraded to Win 10 on 7/29/16. System was fine, now continually freezes, hangs, locks up when left idle. I have adjusted the power settings and screen saver without improvement. How doe get this OS to operate properly?
