Windows 10: Windows has my PC in “sign in” loop

Created a new Microsoft account as the old one had expired. Now sign in screen is in a continuous “sign in” loop. Unable to go to desktop

• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest that you perform Power Drain which will help you skip the reboot loop and help you access the PC. To perform Power Drain, refer to the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
