    Hello,


    My new HP Spectre 360 laptop used to work perfectly with the Facial Recognition feature with Windows Hello. I have tried updating the biometric driver for Windows Hello, but that did not work. Then I uninstalled the Windows Hello Driver, and rebooted, as has been recommended on forums, expecting the new driver to download automatically. This did not happen either. The camera works, and I can't remove Windows Hello as a sign-in option, either.


    Any help is appreciated.

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
