Windows 10: windows hello face is currently unavailable on HP Pavilion x360

i am using a HP laptop, Pavilion x360.

Windows Hello Face Sign In Option Unavailable

My Windows Hello Face was working perfectly until recently both my Windows Hello Face and the Windows Hello PIN stopped working, so I could only use my password to sign in. I tried to set it up again in settings but it says that "This option is currently
unavailable", and then "Something went wrong. Try again later." below that. There is a "Set Up" option but I can't click that.

I have an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba0xx.

Any help would be much appreciated!

windows hello face shows currently unavailable

Good Afternoon,

i bought my new windows 10 laptop before 2 weeks.But i cant setup windows hello face sign in option in my windows 10 hp pavilion x360 laptop.It shows that there is no compatible device but there is a built in HD webcam in my laptop and it works properly
without any issue.All sign options works but this hello face alone shows this problem.kindly acknowledge me if i can myself do anything in my laptop to make it work.
