Windows 10: Windows Hello malfunction

I recently reset my computer but the problem with the windows hello hasnt been wokring since one of the feature updates and it either says couldnt turn on camera, another app is currently using the camera, or sorry something went wrong. I have tried wiping the facial recognition off and redoing windows hello set up, which worked, however it instantly stopped working as soon as i tried to use it. My computer is only for personal use and no one else uses it. I have also tried updating all the biometric and camera devices, however they were already up to date. I have had this trouble for a little over five months now and i was wondering how to get windows hello to work at least a majority of the time.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
