Windows 10: Windows Hello Missing

When I bought my laptop it ran windows just as normal as it should be. I'm not too sure how long ago, but one day my windows hello was gone. I am no longer able to sign in with my fingerprint. I go into my setting and check for updates, but nothing ever shows up besides the loading. Also it tells me on my Microsoft account it needs an update, but I can not do that

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

• On your Cortana, type "Settings", and then press Enter.
  
• Select Accounts.
• Choose Sign-in options.
• Disable Windows Hello.
