Windows 10: Windows Hello not working

Hi


My Windows Hello has stopped working so now I have to enter my pin every time. When I try to set up Windows Hello it says that my picture is being used on another account. I did have some issues with the my laptop and corrupt files so created a second account as Microsoft said it would be easier that way, but as far as I can see I only have one account now, so not sure what I can do to resolve.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

My hello sign in stopped working.

• Is there an error message displayed when using Windows Hello?

Meanwhile, it is better to check the status of Windows Hello sign-in option in your computer. To check the Windows Hello status, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button and select the Settings
  icon.
• Choose Accounts from the list.
• Select Sign-in options in the left pane of the window.
• Under Windows Hello, kindly check the status of it.
