Windows 10: Windows hello not working

It keeps saying that "windows hello is currently unavailable - click to learn more", where when I click to learn more, there was no instruction on how to fix this issue. This issue is regarding my fingerprint login which I could do in the past before it was deleted when I update the new windows 2004. However, I do not think this is the issue as I had this issue before I had updated my windows to window 2004. Before I had updated my computer, I had my laptop put to sleep, and when I went to turn it on to clear the active application and shut it down, I was unable to do so. This causes me some concern as I had massive trouble to login into my computer as it says to contact an email or to use my last used password, in which the latest password used was my fingerprint, which was not allowed to be used to login back in. I hope this issue can be fixed and rectified.

I had tried to system restore, and the same problem still happens/appear. What am I suppose to do now?

Also, since I had to reset my password, it gave me an option to have a pin password and a fingerprint password too. But I am unable to add any more fingerprint password or even remove it now. What am I suppose to do now?

My hello sign in stopped working.

• Are you pertaining on Windows Hello sign-in? If yes, does it mean that the facial recognition is not working?
• Is there an error message displayed when using Windows Hello?

Meanwhile, it is better to check the status of Windows Hello sign-in option in your computer. To check the Windows Hello status, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button and select the Settings
  icon.
• Choose Accounts from the list.
• Select Sign-in options in the left pane of the window.
• Under Windows Hello, kindly check the status of it.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
