Windows 10: Windows Hello Not Working

I'm trying to set up the fingerprint on a Notebook Lenovo IdeaPad 3. I click on Finger Print recognition Windows Hello, and when I click the configuration button, it show me information about Windows Hello, and when I click on continue, everything closes. That goes in a loop every time I click the "configuration" button on the fingerprint box.

My hello sign in stopped working.
