  1. Windows Hello - PC Decommission

We are in the pilot phase of Windows Hello for Business within a hybrid setup. I understand that when Hello is enrolled on a PC, the public key associated to that PC is uploaded to Azure AD, which is then synchronized to the msDC-KeyCredentialLink attribute in the on-prem user account. My question is whether there is any concern with this attribute continually having new keys added to it as the user enrolls more and more devices over time and through hardware lifecycles. Do the keys get removed when the device is deleted from Azure?

    :)

    Hi Tom,

Try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if you are able to access Windows Hello.

      Troubleshooter.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update the bio-metric finger print reader from Device Manager and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows + X from the keyboard, click on Device Manager.
    • Right click on Bio-metric finger print reader, click on
      Properties
      .
    • Go to Drivers tab, click on Update driver software.

    Steps:

    • Connect to the internet.
