Windows 10: Windows Hello Problem

So about half a year ago I had to install and update on my laptop from windows. Up until then I had always logged in with windows hello fingerprint, since I have that function on my laptop, but now it doesn't work anymore. I've tried to set it up again but now it says that


"This device doesn't meet your organizations requirements for Windows Hello"


I've seen other questions with similar problems as mine but the answers were not very helpful. First of all I'm not connected to any accounts in settings or at least that's what it displays so I don't even know what "organization" I'm in. I do use the laptop for school but its only signed into Microsoft on apps like Chrome. I've tried restarting and even factory resetting my laptop but nothings working. the most annoying thing is the fact that after I factory reset my laptop it still displays the same message that my device doesn't meet my organizations requirements. I don't know how that even works.


If anyone knows how to solve this please help.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
