Windows 10: Windows Hello Refuses To Turn On.

I keep trying to turn on my face recognition so I can log in my pc with my face, but every time I try to it says "Camera couldn't turn on. Make sure it's working properly" but when I go to Device Management, it says the camera is working fine. Please help. I've been trying all day

A quick question before we proceed:

Is your computer airplane mode is turn on?

I suggest you to go to the follow the below step and check if you’re able to toggle the Airplane mode:

• 
  Go to settings and click on Network & Internet.
  
• 
  Go to airplane mode and toggle.
  

I also suggest you to check if the function key for Wi-Fi works or not. Kindly
Refer to your computer manual to check which function key do so.

Windows Hello Immediately turns on

Hi Matthew,

Facial Recognition is the most convenient way to sign in to your PC.

To remove or disable Windows Hello, follow the steps below;

• Go to Settings.
• Click Accounts.
• Select Sign-in options.
• Under Windows Hello, turn off the Automatically unlock the screen if we recognize your face feature/option.
• You can click Remove if you want to remove the identification data on your device.
