    windows hello security key/face/fingerprint says "this option is currently unavailable" ive installed latest drivers. uninstalled. reinstalled. nothing is working. i need to use a usb fingerprint scanner. windows 11 version 23h2. serial number: 5CD3181P53 product number: 7G766UA#ABA. i cant even set it up because the setting wont let me click anything.

    Hi In my computer when I try to setup the windows hello fingerprint in settings I am seeing Windows hello face and fingerprint currently unavailable error message. I need to setup this for security purpose. Kindly help me out
