Windows 10: Windows "Hello " sign-in Optiom

At the sign-in screen, I accepted the option of using Windows "Hello " .

Entered my password & then clicked the arrow next to the password box.

I then was asked to enter an hello NEW sign-in & confirm....

tried several times but could NOT type in my sing-in...

I conformed that my keyboard was functioning properly !!!!!


Any suggestions....
