Windows 10: Windows Hello signed in my sister

My sister was using my Surface device, usually she signs in with my pin but today she did not need to, it recognized her as me and logged her in to my account. We look totally different so this is very concerning. I have not added her as family or set up an additonal account profile for her.

As per your query, I suggest you to change the Sign In option and check if it helps.

To change Sign In option, follow the below steps.

• 
  Type Setting in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Settings.
  
• 
  Select Accounts.
  
• 
  Select Sign In option on the left panel.

I've followed your steps and there's no profile list. Am trying to fix for my sister. Brink please can you help
