Windows 10: Windows Hello "This option is currently unavailable"

Hello, my Windows Hello facial recognition has recently stopped recognizing me after I changed glasses. I went into the settings to improve the recognition but the options to improve recognition or remove it are grayed out and it says that this option is currently unavailable and that "something went wrong, try again later." This is true for the options for the fingerprint scanner and PIN as well. The fingerprint scanner and PIN still work and the face scanner still tries to detect my face, it just doesn't recognize it. How do I resolve this issue? Thank you for any solutions.

No Windows hello option on my HP Probook?

What build of Windows 10 is on the Probook?

If you go to Settings, Accounts and Sign In

options and you don't see Windows Hello in

the option list, then I would say your device

is not capable of Windows Hello.

I see Windows Hello in my list, but it says

"this option is currently unavailable".

My Fingerprint and Face sing in is currently unavailable, just after I update windows 10. can someone help me?

I just bought a new laptop the other day and for the first few days I had no problems setting up a pin and fingerprint sign in. Over the past few days, the settings sign-in options tab display the error "This option is currently unavailable-click here to
learn more", and i can not setup/remove any sign in options. I have the latest updates and all drivers should be up to date as the laptop was shipped 2 weeks ago. Does any one else have this problem, or any ideas on how i can solve this problem?
