Windows 10: windows hello

Hi. i paid a lot to buy an system with finger print but seems Microsoft can't manage data. i updated my windows 10 and i used the same account that i used before update to log in and when i wanted to set up my finger print i received the Error.

that I have already used the fingerprint for another account.

even though I used the same accounts to sign-in and Windows Hello.

i paid a lot to buy this system and this windows to protect my data and i even can't have a comfortable log in.

This is Microsoft INABILITY to manage and restore data of finger print and so other.

how have more than 10 fingers? because i used all of my fingers!

Whats the problem to use same finger for two different account? why a person can't have two accounts?

what is the meaning of that finger has already set up by another account? why i have to use another finger?

OK but it still my finger not anyone else!

it means if i lose my account in any reason including hacking or remembering password those fingers will be useless for Windows hello and security pages.

all of these just for Microsoft INABILITY to manage and restore data.

this rule that said you can't use the same finger for different accounts have no logic or acceptable reason!!!


i tried every way to solve this problem even i give my device control to microsoft support and thy can't sole my problem!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
