Windows 10: Windows Hello

I have an HP Pavilion 15t. When I first got it, I decided to simply set up a PIN and move on to set up face unlock later. I never felt like I needed a face unlock until I got my current job details unnecessary, but I need more than just a PIN. I went into settings and all windows unlock options are "unavailable." I'm not sure, but it seems it may be specific to my model or to the way I set windows up at the beginning full disclosure, I find lots of windows settings annoying and pestering, so I chose to not allow cortana and a lot of other things in set up, maybe one of these settings needs to be enabled for windows to use the camera for face unlock.....?. How do I fix this? I tried updating or reinstalling drivers. My camera drivers are up to date and it works perfectly fine. There are no drivers or anything in the device manager related to windows hello another thread said there would be...?. However, I can't find any to download or anything. The only solutions I am finding in threads are longwinded, confusing responses. Keep it simple please.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
