Windows 10: Windows hijacks my hardware

Understanding the private property laws of hardware purchase as the ability to dispose of computing resources at their lowest level of use, I have installed an old version of Windows 10 1903 from an ISO downloaded from the same page before the update in June 2015 in which, Windows has installed drivers on my SSD hard drive to modify my original interface and BIOS firmware version. Browser hijackers don't show this kind of behavior and more could be going on. Normally I don't suggest Resetting your computer but in this case....

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
