    Windows ime ignoring hotkey settings after a windows update


    I've had the windows IME hotkeys disabled since forever.After a recent windows update it randomly decided to pop back up and started pestering me again even though the damn thing is disabled in every place possible.It's now totally ignoring hotkey settings they should all be disabledSo I'm now stuck with this thing that constantly changes what my keyboard keys types, which is hell.
