Windows 10: Windows in not working properly.

On Friday, 17 July 2020 I was using my PC as usually and a pop-up screen appeared saying " update your windows" but I ignored it. When I was shutting down my computer I clicked on "shut down and update" accidentally instead of "shut down". Then a window appeared: "updating your windowsdo not turn off your computer " but I turned off my laptop by long-pressing the power button.


Next time, I turned on my laptop and opened Microsoft Word, but it didn't work see picture below




and after waiting for some time this appeared:




Moreover,

I'm facing some more problems:

1 I can't access the folder "Program Files" where I have installed all the software. When I click on it to open then this appears:



when I click on the Continue button, nothing happens. I'm the administrator


2 I'm unable to uninstall any software from the Control Panel or manually.

3 I'm unable to open any EXE file.

4 I'm unable to install any app

5 I tried to update windows but it says:



I retried but the same thing appears again.

6 I tried to make another account so I can be able to work as administrator but





I am unable to type anything here. My keyboard is working perfectly in Word pad and on other places. After this, I came to know that I'm also unable to type inCortona search box plus I'm unable to type my wifi password. I click on the box with mouse button then pressing keyboard keys, but nothing is being typed.


7 Then the option left was resetting my laptop but



unable to reset because the button is not working. I'm clicking on this " Get Started" button again and again but no progress. Nothing happens. I also tried to reset through "Advanced Boot Options" but a kind of error screen appears saying " tools, toolkit I don't remember the exact wording but my laptop didn't reset".

8 I tried to remove an installed Windows update but unable to uninstall because it requires administrator permissions.

9 Then I tried to restore from a system restore point by following https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options and got this:




10 I tried to solve this problem by watching youtube tutorials and most of them require "Comand Prompt" and "Task Manager". And, both the things are not opening. see image below




The only thing left is to "Use installation media to reinstall Windows 10". But I don't have any installation media because I bought the device withpreinstalled Windows-10 in 2017. I think my device is totally destroyed becauseNOTHING is working except videos and browser. My windows is Activated


Please give me some solution to this or any suggestions regarding my problem/s.

We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

For us to properly isolate the issue with your Windows Hello, we would like to know the following:

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try reinstalling your camera driver to resolve the issue.

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
