Windows 10: Windows Insider Build Issues

I have 4 PC's on the Windows Insider Program.

Last weeks update DEV Channel I noticed 2 of my PC's boot up, I then sign in with my PIN and I get a screen that indicates issues with the sign in and my background is the default Windows background.

The only way I get everything back is to boot into Safe Mode and restore from a restore point.

Anyone else seen this?

use the key you need for the build and run those lines in cmd to activate

I suggest running those commands as administrator. Just in case.

Receiving preview Windows updates even I'm not opt-in for the Insider Program

This issue might be caused by system conflict. We suggest trying to stop the Windows Insider Builds by following the steps below:

• Click the Start button.
• Choose Settings then select Update & security.
• Click on Windows Insider Program then choose Stop Insider builds.
