Windows 10: Windows insider built ran into a problem

Hello, I have HP laptop which has originally windows 10 home and I upgraded more than year ago to windows 11. Last 2 months I suffer a problem. Wifi keep suddenly stop and does not back until I do trouble and shooting or something networking rest. Then after sometime of stop working the message of windows insider ran into a problem appears and it restart. Sometimes this occurs 4 or 5 time daily. I tried sfc/ scannow, uninstalled and installed drivers and even yesterday I made a rest and reinstalled windows with keeping files but nothing changes. The problem as it is. What should I do?

while starting my laptop the following message came and after that restarting again and again same message is coming.please give solution to come out from this issue

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
