    Windows Insider Preview Build Fast Lane 12/12/18


    I downloaded the Windows Preview Build fast lane this morning Dec 22, 2018 to my Toshiba Satellite laptop with Intel i3 cpu and 6gb memory. My computer was fine until the install required a restart. I restarted my computer and it is stuck at the logo screen. I cut off the computer 3 times and held the button for 5 to 10 seconds until a blue screen appeared with "Operating system failed to start, use tools for recovery." Error code "0xc0000001"


    I selected F1 for recovery options and my computer is still on the logo screen with "Please Wait" at the bottom. This is unbelievable! I have no recovery disc and so far I can't access any other tools!! I will never participate in this program again!


    Can someone assist me? Thanks much!!!
