Windows 10: Windows Insider preview from 01\17 - cannot login anymore

After preview has been installed I cannot login to my surface book 2

message - please close the lock screen to login - but I cannot close the lock Screen if I am not signed in

I have three Login Options - nothing is working

Option 1 - enter Password - password not accepted - it's the same password like Azure and works in Option 2

Option 2 - web sign in - I can enter my Windows account and Password, then I will redirect to the lock Screen

Option 3 - Windows Hello - you are not recognized - Log in in using your PIN - no possibility to enter the PIN - then the next message - before you can use Hello you need to set up a PIN

no other options to login.

Restart and fall back to the last Version doesn't works because Bitlocker is active.


Any ideas??

Cant get out of Insider Preview Versions

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

• Go to the following website Windows Insider Program
• Sign In using the credentials that you used to sign up.
• At the top of the page, click the Leave Program tab.
• Confirm that you want to leave.

Note: This will only remove your participation in the Insiders Program.

The Automatic Feedback can only be stopped by
uninstalling the Windows 10 Technical Preview.

• Restart the machine.
• Sign out from the Microsoft Account and sign in again and check if it persists.
