Windows 10: Windows Insider Program Error 0x0

Hello, after hours of trying to solve this, I have finally came here to ask this. Back on Windows 10 1803, Which I was running before, I kept getting errors about insider. It was error 0x0. I updated to Windows 10 18272, hoping that would force me into it. It didn't, and now im stuck on this build until December. I need to get Windows Insider working to get onto 18282. I have tried so hard to figure this out. When I went to the folder that holds the windows insider settings, it didn't exist. I ran a sfc /scannow and it didn't find anything. I ran Update Troubleshooter and it didn't find anything. I tried updating to 18282 manually, and it failed. So basically at this point I don't know what to do.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
