windows insiders- update download caused conflict

    Hello

I am using windows PRO on my desktop.Just by curiosity I joined Windows Insiders which I soon realised not to mess up with anything new coming from House of MS.On one of the usual windows updates files my PC suddenly dispalyed a message " windows Insider updates" have caused conflict with the "windows update" files and PC stopped downloading/installing the update files requiring the PC to be rebooted.

The pop up message read as under:

" windows insiders- update download caused conflict :)

your windows Insider Build ran in to a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some error info, and then you can restart

    100% complete
For more information about the issue and possible fixes visit https://www.windows.com/stopcode
If you call a support, give them the info
stop code: Critical Process Died "

    On reboot:

The screen turned in to yellow color and on later boot up in white but all the wording remaining same as displayed above.
Since then the PC has never rebooted properly(Occasinly it does but not always.Even with a reboot devise on DVD it does not repair the system and present several options including "Advanced Options" which then in the next screen requires several options ,some of which are to find the DVD Image in the network, but does not accept the DVD in the attached DVD drive, or Drivers (no clue which drivers is asking for though access to old OS files is available through the same process but in the absence of name/s of drivers and sinece I am not professional/technical,this approach did not work and one option in advanced options given is C,command, which again requires the command to be used which again, being non technical not easy to know/find out.Unfortunatelly,I have done lots of investigation, writtent Dons Sarkar and some others from the Insider team but did not receive any reply ,which is not unusal in my experience while dealing with MS products which in my assessment is in dying phase with the result no one seems to be bothered given that only service they provide is VIrtual AGent,Community Forum, support located in Phillipines,no telephone or email support ,both of these are ddirectly attended by Phillipins center which is no good.

Can any one provide the relevant solutions please.I do not want to format the PC /reinstalling OS for obvious reasons. Windows Store is hopeless as the staff there is of no help as they are more interested in selling Surface and according the talent has been recruited

    Thanks

    Naren

    :)

    Windows 10 forced download

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.

    Hello,

This issue might be caused by system conflict. We suggest trying to stop the Windows Insider Builds by following the steps below:

    • Click the Start button.
    • Choose Settings then select Update & security.
    • Click on Windows Insider Program then choose Stop Insider builds.

Let us know if this works for you.
