Windows 10: WINDOWS INSTALL LOOP

Hi guys! a tried to rebuild my pc couple of days ago and it actually got to windows and i was able to browse google for a bit but then i tried playing csgo and it just restarted after that initial reboot i got about 20-30 seconds after punching in my PIN from the lock screen to my system rebooting entirely i notice that before my system would reboot 3 cmd prompts would show on quick succession and it only restarts when i get out of lock screen so i figured i should reset my pc after resetting the pc when it came to installing windows again this message popped up "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered a problem" the installing process and this message keeps happening so i tried using the registry edtitor and changing the value to to 3 but to no avail it would reach the blue screen where it would say this might take a while yada yada but it still would restart again and again. im suspecting it to be my ssd malfunctioning what do you guys think im in desperate need of assistance and suggestion would be deeply appreciated thank you!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
