    Hi,

    We have windows 10 Pro digital license. One of my HP laptop Model: 15-bs147TU is taking Windows 10 Home single language automatically when we trying to install fresh windows. It do not offer me to choose any version of windows not even 32 or 64 bit installation. I have created boot media USB flash drive from Microsoft website. I have also faced same problem in Asus laptop as well. Can you please advice what can I do int his case? I am writing from Bangladesh.

    HP Stream 11 under Windows 10 - Touchpad not recognized.

    Are you making sure you are trying the correct driver for the WiFi... They list Broadcom, Intel, and/or Realtek.

    Also, try to run the installer as an administrator install.

    If that fails... try extracting the files and manually install the driver.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
