Outbox not sendind my emails. Says sendin, the switches to "working on it" but never gets any further

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!

Windows 10 Mail App - Display of Text Associated with Email Sent from Photos/Mail App in iOS

Hello Louie, and thanks for your follow-up. The image in the email is a jpg photo (I selected both full photo and medium sizes - it makes no difference to the issue). When I go from the iOS Photos app and choose to email a photo, it allows me to provide
a title and associated text and includes my signature block (created with regular text). When the resultant email is viewed on iOS Mail app or on webmail (from Bell Canada email), the embedded photo and the text and signature are there just fine. But on
the Windows 10 Mail App, I see in the inbox listing and sent mail listing, the email listed with an attachment paperclip symbol. When I open the email in the Windows 10 Mail App, I see the title, but in the body of the email there is a small version of the
photo (maybe 1"x1") and nothing below it. (If I click on the small photo image, it will open in the photos app). The text of the email and the signature block are not there in the email. If I go back to the iOS mail app or to webmail and forward the same
email again, and then look at it in the Windows Mail App, I do see all the text and signature block from the original and any new text I added in the forwarding email. This seems to be only an issue when sending photos directly from email via iOS. But the
issue is only with the view from the Windows 10 Mail App view of that particular email, not from Bell Canada webmail or iOS Mail App. I somehow believe that this is a relatively new issue, and I believe it is not just my issue, it may be more generic. Thanks,
