    Windows is Slow


    My Windows installation is much slower now than previously. Something as simple as clicking on the Internet Access icon to switch out of airplane mode is slow, doesn't render properly... This is something relatively new as a behavior, so I'm 99% sure it is Microsoft's sublime updates, but which one!Are there any known current issues, builds? Fixes?This PC has no resources issues. This happens even when nothing is open and it is idle.There is no malware/virus, it has been scanned multiple times by various software applications.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
