Windows 10: windows.iso query

Discus and support windows.iso query in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I was recently perusing my pc's files and folders (which I do to frequently), and I found a 3 year old windows.iso file in system32 folder.     I was recently perusing my pc's files and folders (which I do to frequently), and I found a 3 year old windows.iso file in system32 folder. Is this normal? I don't remember putting it there. I don't have a problem with space, but do I really need it there? If I were going to use a windows.iso file, I would download a current file from windows website. Suggestions appreciated.

    I tried imgburn followed step by step and it sucks ...burned an image supposed to be ISO endend up in UDF ..not auto executable and scraped a dvd for it. Gonna try alcohol thx

    Um, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't UDF the DVD format?

    "The name ISO is taken from the ISO 9660 file system used with CD-ROM media, but an ISO image might also contain a UDF file system."

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
