Windows 10: Windows keep on refreshing issue

After new update of windows 10, am facing issue with screen refresh automatically and simultaneously, it is keep on refreshing and when i open notpad it keeps printing date and time. When i press any keys then it stops and again in few seconds it keep on printing. I have re installed windows 10 two times, still having the same issue. Please let me know what is the issue and how to fix? Or i might have to install winfows 7 if nothing helps.

Follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  In search type Mail app.
  
• 
  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account
  

If the issue still persists I suggest you to provide us the screen shot of the issue.

Suggestion - GPU-Z window Reload (refresh)

Thanks! *Smile Sounds fine (Ctrl+R as a 2nd way to do the same would be nice too).
IF you do not want to overburden the main window GUI with the extra Refresh button I suggest, Refresh could be added to the system menu in top left instead, and/or into Settings.
(such as add a button labeled "Refresh main tab" or similar text of your choosing to Settings)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
