Windows 10: Windows keeps blurring my wallpapers?

I keep all my wallpapers in a folder on my desktop. I set it to go through my wallpapers randomly in the personalization settings. After a couple weeks goes by it will compress some photos randomly. At least, that's what I believe is happening here. Can anyone tell me how to prevent this from happening? Its really frustrating.

Disable blur on lock screen when opening a Windows session (1903 update)

Hi,

1903 Update introduces lock screen blurring when connecting to a Windows session. Problem I have is that prevents the user from appreciating the wallpaper I set specially for the lock screen as opening a Windows session can be quite long. I suggest there
should be a setting that allow us to disable the blur.

  Are you facing issues while trying to change the lock screen Wallpaper?

  Are you not able to choose the directory where the wallpapers has been saved?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.
  
• 
  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.
  
• 
  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.
  
• 
  Close the Personalization window.
