Windows 10: Windows Keeps Crashing while running applications such as Games/ Esri Suite ArcGIS/ or just...

Hello I have had this computer for about 6 months. I am a GIS/comp sci student in college and need it to stop crashing. When it crashes the screen hangs up and audio repeats the last part really fast and then either the application shuts down or the computer bluescreens.

My PC specs are

Mother Board: asuse prime B450M-A

Processor: Ryzen 7 2700X 8 core/16 threads clocked to 4 GHz

Ram: 32 GB corsair vengeance lpx clocked to 3000 mhz

Graphics: Zotac 2070

windows is on a WD Green 258gb ssd

everything else is on a segate barracuda 2tb


Everything is up to date and windows has been reinstalled and disk wiped around 10 time but nothing is fixing it.

A few of the critical event viewer errors from since the last reinstall is included. I can give more in comments but there are more then 6000 characters

Windows Security Warning - ArcGIS 10.5

When running any tool in ESRI ArcGIS 10.5, I get a "Windows Security Warning". This started happening after installing build 1707 of Win10 about a week ago.

"An ActiveX control on this page might be unsafe .... Do you want to allow this interaction?"

How do I get rid of this notification?

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

ESRI Collector App Not Installing at the Windows Store

I am trying to install ESRI's Collector App from the MS Store.

When I click "Get the app", nothing happens. Anyone else experience this?
