Windows 10: Windows Key is No Longer Working

The other day I was bouncing back and forth between the game I was playing and YouTube, at some point I brought up a menu that showed key control settings; Like which key did what. I'm not sure if it was hot keys or what, I looked at the screen briefly and don't know what I did to bring it up. after I clicked out of the screen, my windows key stopped working. I'm not sure what I did to cause this, but I've tried everything to fix it. I made sure my filter key feature was turned off, I tried using the Powershell command, I tried to fix it through my registry, I even tried disabling game mo
