    Windows keyboard issues

I have just reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop. The keyboard seems to work fine in most applications. I was reinstalling an older version of Microsoft Office. When it opens the dialogue box for inputing the registration code the keyboard does not work properly and a significant number of letters and numbers don't work. I have un-installed and re-installed the keyboard drivers and run system checks. No windows issued identified by scf program. Any suggestions?

    :)

      from the list.

    • Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.

    • Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
