Windows 10: Windows kinda crashing 2004 19041.329

Once it got out on OTA I got the update. Since last two weeks I only noticed a blue screen causing restart. But I got an update about two weeks ago and system kinda reboots itself after long periods of sleep (like 20 minutes). It's happening whether apps running, idling in background or just system idle. I got some data loss on some apps. Interestingly even they also shutdown by system open source programs are able to recover. So sum of my problem is pc goes into sleep mode but when I wake it, it show log in screen. After I log in it's like pc is just booted up rather than awake. (like I said when I reopen them some apps recover just fine where I left off, some tries to recover and most of them just fresh as newborns)

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
