Windows 10: Windows limited usage

I recently bought a new Alienware PC and it was working fine for a few days until earlier today I discovered I was unable to use the photos app or use the start menu/search function. I've tried just about every method under the sun, short of reinstalling my entire OS. Some things to add; I can use the rest of the task bar aside from the action center, when I attempted to uninstall my one drive folder it said I needed permission from my own user me to delete it, I previously had a PC linked to this same Microsoft account which I've since removed as it isn't being used and yes I have tried setting myself as owner of the windowsapps folder. Thanks for any help! P.S. Forgot to add, my taskbar shows up even in fullscreen.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
