Windows 10: Windows LIVE ID

I have two windows live accounts but can not get into either. I try to open each in the microsoft game "flight" but it gives the error "The profile could not be signed into LIVE. There may be a network problem or the windows LIVE ID service may not be available"

It does notaccept the 3rd account yet I can sign into other games using the 3rd ID? " of these IDs were allocated to me by windows LIVE. On the other, I ppaid in 50 euros to buy some points to purchase a new aircraft but never achieved this so am still owed the 1200 points or 50 euros back!

Any solutions?

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. I understand you're running in to a Windows Live ID service is unavailable error when trying to sync notes. I also understand that a hard reset has been unable to resolve the issue.
