Windows 10: Windows Live Mail opens but won't load

Discus and support Windows Live Mail opens but won't load in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; Normally an Incoming IMAP Server would be something like ....... imap.kadokatelco.com but that maybe just the way your ISP does it?     Windows Live Mail opens but won't load


    I just called my ISP and asked them about this and he said that is just the name of their server and we are not required to change it so I have to assume at this point that everything is ok. He said as long as I set up the account on my other computer the same way, the accounts will sync.
