Discus and support Windows Live Mail spelling checker problem in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; I am using Windows 10 and Windows Live Mail. I cannot get the spelling checker to work.     Windows Live Mail spelling checker problem


    I am using Windows 10 and Windows Live Mail.

    I cannot get the spelling checker to work. Whist the Icon shows on the toolbar it is dimmed out.

    I have set Live Mail up to check my spelling before sending out an e-mails but this does not happen either.

    Does anyone have any idea what the problem is please.

    Spell checker in Windows Mail only works if set to US English

    Why does spell checker only seem to work in Windows Mail if I have spelling set to US English, despite having all the correct device settings turned on? I don't have this problem in Word. I would like to have New Zealand or UK English as my default spell
    checker - not US English. Not all of the English speaking world is American, as much as it may surprise the US.
