Windows 10: Windows live movie maker software

I have purchased a new lappy with win10 original and it has all other win apps except windows live movie maker. It is very important to me, how can i install or download it? And if not, is there any best substitute of it, with free full version? Please reply!

• Press Windows Key, type Control Panel
  and select the same from the list.
• Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program.
• Locate Windows Live Essential then click
  Uninstall/Change.
• When a window appears, select Repair all Windows Live programs.
• Restart your computer after the repair.

Windows Movie Maker not recognizing .avi files

• Type appwiz.cpl in the search box and hit Enter.
• Right click Windows Essentials 2012 and select repair.
