Windows 10: Windows lock screen setting consultation

System: Windows 10Architecture: x86_64Question: I am using Python to write a Windows baseline detection script by checking the registry, and if it does not meet the requirements, a repair function is provided by modifying the registry. I encountered a problem in the lock screen setting repair baseline. I set the registry key value turn on automatic lock screen, and the function also took effect automatic lock screen after timeout, but the Windows settings interface still shows that the lock screen is not turned on.Registry to detect and set:ScreenSaveActive, ScreenSaverIsSecure, Screen

I would suggest you to follow the below steps to try resolving the issue.

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.

No Lock screen in Windows 10.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen option as Windows Spotlight and check if it helps.

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select Windows Spotlight from the list.

• When you say that "I can't activate it again.", are you referring that you are not able to Activate Windows 10?
• What are the troubleshooting steps which you have performed to resolve the issue?

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select the lock screen picture.
