Windows 10: Windows locking me out of my laptop

    Windows locking me out of my laptop


    Windows recently updated on my laptop. It signed me out of my laptop. I cannot sign in. When I turn on the computer the only screen I have access to says other user and asks for a username and password. Well never had either of those for my laptop, have a pin but no option to use it. Okay so, other sign in options. I enter my Microsoft account username and password and it says its wrong. WHICH I F***ING KNOW IS CORRECT. I just changed it, old one is long forgotten. Laptop is connected to the interwebs so using the Microsoft password shouldn't be a problem. So is there anyway I way I can access

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
