    Windows Logging out


    I answered a call which i thought was Microsoft. When i typed in what i was told they took over my machine. When i refused to pay what they wanted they backed out. Now everytime i go to log in in 1 minute my windows logs me out. How can i get rid of them.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
