Windows 10: Windows Login Struggles

So I’ve been struggling with a Windows 10 picture screen issue for the past few days, I cant raise the picture in order to login, my PC is completely stuck on it. I restarted my PC until i got access to the troubleshooting menu and tried to do a Start-up repair, however when i tried to login to initiate the start-up repair, my PC tells me that my windows account password is wrong. I tried all the other options on the troubleshooter and they all say the same thing. I used my phone to change my password and tried again, this still did not work. Finally i tried booting my PC in safe mode, by doing this i can get to the initial Windows login screen, however when i attempt to type in my password, my computer freezes and is completely unresponsive. Is there nothing i can do??

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
