Windows 10: Windows logo on startup

i bought the hard drive you told me about it should come in about a week or more, my fans are really loud even without having a lot of programs open do you know how fo fix this issue?

 

Check Task manager look at Processor Tab and Performance Tab, anything being used at high percentage ?
Also suggest download this run it and post a screen capture to check Temps on PC http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmon...nitor_1.28.exe

 

Happen when not doing much on PC ? Seems still have some of those startups i said you can disable. Temps seem o.k. fans are running at higher RPM's, also power supply voltage seems low in certain areas. How many case fans, besides CPU fan ?

That case fan seem to not be PWM, controlled by the BIOS according to temps to run faster or slower. Wonder if it is the power supply fan. Ever open the case and listen to see where it is coming from running fast ? Ever cleaned inside of case with canned air ? Most of fan speeds from HWmonitor are running high, but temps are o.k.

Have 1 on CPU, you said you had 1 case fan which i believe not to be PWM then will run at same speed always, GTX 660 Graphics card has 1 and Power supply also has one. This just started the other day or today.Did you look at task manager processes and performance tabs as just showed me starting processes partial picture. Any high disc activity or CPU and RAM high percentage as this happens ?

 

CPU,Disk ? Know how to post a full screen shot of both tabs opened ? Screenshot for each tab. Ever notice which fan is running fast ?

These numbers at idle to, nothing much running ? Or now with browser open ? Seems may have still many startup items running at 37% memory.

How is PC running in general except for the Hard drive issues we felt you have ? You seem to be not following everything that is told to help you with these other issues, which makes it hard then to help you. If Twitch is running at time of 37% memory, can be cause at the time, as i am not familiar with this program. Wanted someone else to look at your voltage on your Power Supply because i felt it was low. PC case fans that are not controlled by the motherboard's BIOS will then run at it's optimal speeds could be reasons for hearing it this way. If not can be CPU Fan or Graphics card fan, this case caused by ventilation issues or some other cause from system.
