Windows 10: windows logon

hello,my 30-yr old Hotmail account was hacked back at the end of April, i had a lot of frustrating hrs regaining control of the account after somehow speaking to a agent in chat who helped me regain control, so i went through and changed all passwords as this cretin got into all of my accounts including banks and superannuation and credit accounts, anyhow all was good for about a week then i received a locked out notice from MS and it's been locked ever since I've appealed nearly every day since by filling out the required forms and get either no answer or a standard reply saying was a brea

Logon intermittently bypasses Windows Hello Fingerprint

Hello Mosken,

When I didn't hear back from you I went ahead and re-set my Windows Hello Fingerprint. Three logons (with shutdowns in between) worked perfectly yesterday. But the first logon for today it was back to its old intermittent self to bypass Windows Hello and go straight to the desktop, with no security.

So, just like all the other 'fixes' I've tried over the past 2+ weeks, your four steps can be added to the list of all the things that don't work for this Windows Hello intermittent bypass and proceed straight to Windows Desktop issue.

Any other suggestions?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
